Les jeunes salari\u00e9s, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 25 \u00e0 40 ans, semblent particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables. Attention tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 ne pas confondre la d\u00e9prime passag\u00e8re avec quelque chose de plus grave !<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord, il y a une question de dur\u00e9e. Les chercheurs estiment \u00e0 <a href="\&quot;http:\/\/www.atlantico.fr\/decryptage\/comment-pallier-syndrome-deprime-post-vacances-catherine-berliet-1708884.html\&quot;">21 jours le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la mise en place de nouvelles habitudes<\/a>. Si les sympt\u00f4mes de la d\u00e9prime durent plus longtemps, c\u2019est peut-\u00eatre le signe d\u2019un \u00e9puisement professionnel (ou burn-out). Et puis, il y a une question d\u2019intensit\u00e9. Si vous perdez le sommeil, ou la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les couchers de soleil, vous souffrez peut-\u00eatre d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9pression, et dans ce cas, un peu d\u2019aide pourrait \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<h2>Terrasser la d\u00e9prime<\/h2>\n<p>Deux tactiques sont efficaces. La premi\u00e8re : prolonger l\u2019effet positif des vacances ! Vous avez fait de belles rencontres sur la plage ? Vous pourriez renouer le contact et prendre des nouvelles\u2026Vous avez fait de belles photos ? Vous pourriez les mettre en ordre &#8211; avouez le, trop souvent, vous les abandonnez en tas dans un tiroir ou sur une carte m\u00e9moire\u2026 Vous avez commenc\u00e9 un roman dans le train ? N\u2019abandonnez surtout pas cette lecture et maintenez le rythme ! Vous \u00eates rentr\u00e9 avec un esprit repos\u00e9, un regard neuf ? Il est temps de s\u2019en servir, pour changer quelques habitudes auxquelles vous ne r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissiez m\u00eame plus, et pourquoi pas prendre de bonnes r\u00e9solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me tactique : miser sur l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie. En effet, plus souvent qu\u2019on ne le croit, le vague \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2me provient d\u2019un d\u00e9r\u00e8glement du corps. Alors on se m\u00e9nage, on r\u00e9duit l\u2019alcool, on se couche t\u00f4t, on mange des fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais (ils favorisent la bonne humeur). Pensez aussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir des \u201csoupapes\u201d : un petit plaisir quotidien, une s\u00e9ance de sport dans la semaine, une sortie entre amis&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9venir les d\u00e9primes \u00e0 venir<\/h2>\n<p>Et si le meilleur antidote \u00e0 la d\u00e9prime post-vacances \u00e9tait\u2026 de pr\u00e9voir imm\u00e9diatement d\u2019autres vacances ? Une \u00e9tude le prouve : <a href="\&quot;http:\/\/New" York Times.com, How Vacations Affect Your Happiness, 18,02, 20120\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">le simple fait d\u2019anticiper ses vacances procure plus de plaisir que les vacances elles-m\u00eame<\/a> &#8211; l\u2019effet positif durerait jusqu\u2019\u00e0 huit semaines ! On pr\u00e9voit les vacances, d\u2019accord, mais pas n\u2019importe comment. Pour \u00e9viter la d\u00e9prime, mieux vaut ne pas prendre tous ses cong\u00e9s d\u2019un coup (c\u2019est trop difficile de retourner au travail apr\u00e8s une interruption de quatre semaines), mais plut\u00f4t les prendre de mani\u00e8re \u201cfractionn\u00e9e\u201d (les vacances id\u00e9ales durent dix jours). De plus, pensez \u00e0 faire des \u201cpaliers de d\u00e9compression\u201d : rentrez de vacances deux jours avant la rentr\u00e9e, pour se r\u00e9adapter lentement \u00e0 votre quotidien. Par ailleurs, ne reprenez pas le travail de mani\u00e8re trop brutale. \u00c9vitez les dossiers lourds et les r\u00e9union stressantes pour la premi\u00e8re semaine. Il faut y aller petit \u00e0 petit !<\/p>\n<h2>Et la responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises, dans tout \u00e7a ?<\/h2>\n<p>Eric Albert est psychiatre, sp\u00e9cialiste du stress et consultant en entreprise. En effet, la plupart des managers estiment que les mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt et de juillet sont des mois perdus, et que le second semestre commence en septembre\u2026 Ils forcent donc leurs \u00e9quipes \u00e0 faire en quatre mois le travail qui devrait \u00eatre fait en six ! D\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il faut boucler l\u2019ann\u00e9e, ce qui suppose de toute fa\u00e7on du travail suppl\u00e9mentaire. En r\u00e9sulte du stress, de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de la fatigue, bref.. Le cocktail id\u00e9al pour une petite d\u00e9prime.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates manager, des outils peuvent aussi vous aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter l&rsquo;effet \u00ab\u00a0cocotte minute\u00a0\u00bb. Par exemple, les fran\u00e7ais d&rsquo;<a href="\&quot;https:\/\/octomine.com\/\&quot;">Octomine<\/a>&nbsp;proposent un barom\u00e8tre social de votre entreprise, mis \u00e0 jour quotidiennement en fonction des r\u00e9ponses que donnent vos salari\u00e9s. Si le stress gagne les \u00e9quipes, ou si la d\u00e9prime rode, vous le saurez suffisamment t\u00f4t pour corriger le tir !<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, maintenant, nous savon que la d\u00e9prime n\u2019est pas in\u00e9vitable.
